KoNote is open source software. You can absolutely deploy and configure it yourself using the documentation. These services exist for organisations who prefer professional assistance or lack the technical capacity to self-deploy.

Full Onboarding Package

A complete setup service to get your organisation running on KoNote with confidence.

What's Included

  • Deployment: Deploy KoNote to your chosen platform (Railway, Azure, or other). Configure databases, environment variables, and HTTPS.
  • Initial Configuration: Set up your programs, user accounts, terminology, and feature toggles based on your organisation's needs.
  • Training Sessions: Training for administrators on system management and for staff on daily use. Typically 2–3 sessions depending on your team size.
  • Instance Documentation: Documentation specific to your deployment: how to access the system, your backup procedures, and key contacts.
  • Support Period: A support period during your initial rollout to answer questions and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.

What's Not Included

  • Custom Feature Development: The onboarding package covers configuration, not code changes. If you need custom features, that's a separate conversation.
  • Indefinite Ongoing Support: The support period is time-limited. After that, you're responsible for day-to-day operations (though you can always reach out for follow-up work).
  • Data Migration: Importing data from other systems requires understanding your existing data structure. This can be discussed separately if needed.
